Grant 'Axe' Rawlinson is an explorer and professional speaker from New Zealand. A former international 7-aside rugby player turned adventurer, Grant has now undertaken over 50 expeditions across the globe, walking across countries, cycling across continents, summiting Mt Everest and crossing the seas – completely by human–power.

His inspiring story of conquering the unthinkable is captured in his book From Peak to Peak. His current on-going challenge is Rowing Home to Home – 12,000 km, rowing from Singapore to Australia, cycling across Australia, and rowing from Australia to New Zealand over the treacherous Tasmin Sea.

Having completed his impressive expeditions, Grants' experience as an adventurer has taught him a number of key values, about critical decision– making, and about achieving higher, harder and more powerful goals.  

Today, he delivers motivational, interactive keynote speeches, and conducts powerful decision– making workshops for business clients around the world. He shares with his audiences the key traits of the explorer's mindset, and how your teams can better make the crucial decisions required to achieve your goals. A native of New Zealand, Grant lives in Singapore, holds Bachelor and Post Graduate degrees in Surveying and Finance, is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a professional member of the Asian Professional Speakers Association (APSS).
